ESTATE OF DUANE W. PICCIURRO, a/k/a DUANE W. PICCIURNO, Deceased. (14/729/A) — In this proceeding, the Court admitted to probate on July 29, 2014, decedent's Last Will and Testament dated January 20, 2006, and Letters Testamentary issued to the nominated executrix, Barbara L. Haberkorn. On September 4, 2014, an instrument dated December 6, 2007 was filed for probate by Cheryl A. Haberkorn, the nominated executrix therein, and the letters previously issued herein to Barbara L. Haberkorn were suspended pending a determination on the validity of the instrument later in date.

ESTATE OF DUANE W. PICCIURRO, a/k/a DUANE W. PICCIURNO, Deceased. (14/729/A) — In this proceeding, the Court admitted to probate on July 29, 2014, decedent’s Last Will and Testament dated January 20, 2006, and Letters Testamentary issued to the nominated executrix, Barbara L. Haberkorn. On September 4, 2014, an instrument dated December 6, 2007 was filed for probate by Cheryl A. Haberkorn, the nominated executrix therein, and the letters previously issued herein to Barbara L. Haberkorn were suspended pending a determination on the validity of the instrument later in date.

This matter has now been resolved pursuant to a written Stipulation of Settlement wherein Cheryl A. Haberkorn acknowledges that she cannot prove the instrument dated December 6, 2007, and the petition to admit that instrument to probate is accordingly denied. The letters previously issued to Barbara L. Haberkorn and subsequently suspended, are hereby reinstated, and the record shall be so marked.
