VaynerMedia, a social media agency, is optimizing its reach by expanding the size of its Manhattan headquarters by nearly 20,000 square feet with a new lease at 10 Hudson Yards. The social media group, which was launched by co-founders and brothers Gary and AJ Vaynerchuk in New York City in 2009, plans to relocate its offices next year from 315 Park Avenue South.
“After outgrowing five spaces in as many years, we came to the conclusion that we had to make an enormous jump to the next level, which is why we are moving VaynerMedia to 10 Hudson Yards,” said Gary Vaynerchuk, the group’s CEO. “Hudson Yards is where a forward-thinking Silicon Valley mentality can be concentrated in one physical location within New York—being part of that community is important to my employees and to me.”
