The heirs of the Johnson & Johnson fortune and Proskauer Rose have signed papers agreeing to end a fraud suit that alleged the firm’s advice to the Johnson family on a stock transaction led it to incur millions of dollars in tax liability.
Attorneys for Proskauer and the Johnson family members signed a stipulation of discontinuance on Oct. 20, agreeing to dismiss the action and all claims with prejudice.
