After eight years without a raise, New York City’s five district attorneys are asking officials to boost their pay from $190,000 to $250,000.

In a letter to the Quadrennial Advisory Commission, the five district attorneys wrote that they make less than other city employees with similar duties—including Corporation Counsel Zachary Carter, whose salary is $214,413—as well as their counterparts in other cities.
