ESTATE OF DEWITT HORNOR, Deceased. (08/0972/C/D). (08/0972/C/D) — In two companion proceedings relating to trusts under the will of Dewitt Hornor, William E. Donovan seeks leave to resign as a co-trustee of a trust established under Article FOUR of the will, and Gurdon W. Hornor and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., seek appointment as trustees of trusts under Articles FIVE and SIX of the will. The guardian ad litem appointed in both proceedings to represent infant beneficiaries notes that the requested resignation and appointments would not offend any provision of the will, and he recommends that both petitions be granted. The court concurs. Accordingly, the letters of trusteeship previously issued to William E. Donovan are hereby revoked, and letters shall issue to Gurdon W. Hornor and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as co-trustees of the trusts established under Articles FIVE and SIX of the will for the primary benefit of Gurdon W. Hornor, upon their duly qualifying according to law.
