Edward J. Minskoff Equities Inc. at 51 Astor Place has signed several retail contracts recently. The 400,000-square foot, class-A building will have as its new tenants Flywheel, leasing 5,018 square feet; Chop’t Creative Salad Company with 2,363 square feet; and Bluestone Lane Coffee with 1,034 square feet.
The Minskoff Equities (EJME) property, reportedly valued at $600 million, sold a 49 percent stake last month to the Korean Teachers’ Credit Union for about $113 million. The retail portion, a total of about 25,000 square feet, is a separate component of the office building.
