ESTATE OF RONALD BRUCE THOMAS, SR., Deceased, (10/1437/EFG) — The compromise of causes of action for decedent’s personal injury and wrongful death was approved and the attorney’s compensation and disbursements were fixed by order of the Supreme Court, New York County. The Supreme Court also approved the payment of a lien to MSPRC.

The restrictions contained in the letters issued to the administrator are removed, and she is authorized to collect the settlement proceeds from, and execute the necessary receipts and releases for, defendants H. K. Porter, now administered through the H.K. Porter Trust, Robert A. Keasbey Company, and G-I Holdings, now administered through the G-I Holdings Trust. The restrictions on petitioner’s letters shall remain in full force and effect with regard to any remaining defendants and causes of action.
