ESTATE OF FRANK AUGUSTUS CONOCCHIOLI, A/K/A FRANK CONOCCHIOLI, Deceased. (12/789/A) — In this pending proceeding, the decedent, Frank Augustus Conocchioli, died on February 13, 2010, a resident of Marion County, Florida. Having estate assets in his name alone only in the State of New York, Limited and Restricted Letters of Administration were issued by this Court on February 22, 2013 to decedent's daughter, Blase Conocchioli. Said letters were revoked on March 27, 2014, and full Letters of Administration issued to Blase Conocchioli at that time.

ESTATE OF FRANK AUGUSTUS CONOCCHIOLI, A/K/A FRANK CONOCCHIOLI, Deceased. (12/789/A) — In this pending proceeding, the decedent, Frank Augustus Conocchioli, died on February 13, 2010, a resident of Marion County, Florida. Having estate assets in his name alone only in the State of New York, Limited and Restricted Letters of Administration were issued by this Court on February 22, 2013 to decedent’s daughter, Blase Conocchioli. Said letters were revoked on March 27, 2014, and full Letters of Administration issued to Blase Conocchioli at that time.

Since letters originally issued, she has had a long standing dispute over estate assets with the Respondent, Carmine Conocchioli. That dispute was settled by stipulation on November 1, 2013, only to resurface by a motion to enforce the stipulation brought to the Court on October 22, 2014 by the Administratrix herein. The dispute was once again settled, this time on December 10,2014, when the parties agreed to a stipulation on the record in open court before the Surrogate, who “So Ordered” the stipulation, requiring prompt compliance with the prior stipulation.
