Cross examining AbTech Industries executive Bjornulf White, a critical witness in the political corruption trial of the former New York state Senate majority leader and his son, defense lawyers tried to show the Southern District jury that the Adam Skelos consulting deal was a legitimate way for AbTech to obtain municipal contracts.
