As Staten Island District Attorney-elect Michael McMahon assembles his top-level staff, he is bringing in an attorney with years of prosecutorial experience and keeping a long-serving prosecutor in the office.
McMahon has tapped Paul Capofari, now a partner at Capofari Law in Staten Island, as his chief assistant district attorney. Meanwhile, Timothy Koller will continue serving as executive assistant district attorney.
