The Teacher’s Retirement System of the City of New York (TRS) has renewed its lease with New Water Street Corp. at its 55 Water St. headquarters. The agency, one of the largest pension systems in the country, is also expanding its member services center.
TRS has leased 191,138 square feet, including the addition of a portion of the 18th floor. The actual footage expansion was undisclosed, but full floors in the building contain more than 60,000 square feet. The organization has other space on the second floor and the entire 16th and 17th floors.
