Suffolk County must produce 911 tapes to civil litigants in a wrongful death case, a Brooklyn appellate court decided.
The Appellate Division, Second Department, on Wednesday affirmed a lower court order compelling the non-party county to produce the 911 calls and materials to the estate administrators of children killed in a car accident.
