The Appellate Division, Third Department, will begin webcasting oral arguments live on its website starting Thursday at www.courts.state.ny.us/ad3.
The Albany-based court will be the first of the four Appellate Division departments to simulcast oral arguments on the web. Arguments before the state Court of Appeals have been webcast for more than six years (NYLJ, May 5, 2009).
