The parties in litigation over persistent mold problems in New York City public housing have agreed on a special master.
The New York City Housing Authority and plaintiffs lawyers alleging that mold is causing serious health problems for tenants and is not being remedied, picked as special master Christopher Prather, managing director of Exiger, a regulatory and financial crime, risk and compliance firm.
