A landlord commenced a nonpayment proceeding against a tenant, seeking possession of the premises, a warrant of eviction and rent arrears of $6,703.88, comprised of a Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption Program (SCRIE) rent amount of $619.04 between August 2013 and June 2014, plus an alleged major capital improvement (MCI) retroactive charge of $574.72.
