• Latham & Watkins has added Louis Trotta as counsel in its corporate department and its financial institutions industry group. Trotta was vice president and associate general counsel in Goldman Sachs‘ legal department where he managed the firm’s technology, intellectual property and contracts (Americas) practice group.
• Craig Levine has joined The Bronx Defenders as managing director of the Civil Action Practice and External Affairs. Levine previously served as senior counsel and policy director of the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice in Newark, New Jersey.
