A foundation created by longtime radio producer Himan Brown has sued a Pryor Cashman partner, accusing him of diverting an estate worth nearly $100 million to a trust the lawyer controlled and then exploiting that control for his personal benefit.

Radio Drama Network made the claims in a petition against Brown’s attorney, Richard Kay, co-leader of Pryor Cashman’s trusts and estates practice.
