The Historical Society of the New York Courts has produced a 12-minute video extolling the virtues of the Commercial Division and the advantages to litigants of bringing complex business cases in that forum.
The commercial features brief interviews with more than two dozen judges, litigators and business advocates who discuss the 21-year history of the business specialty forums in state Supreme Court, the expertise of the judges in business matters and recent procedural changes to make the division more user-friendly.
