Queens prosecutors have accused a long-disbarred attorney of illegally practicing law.

Jaime Rodriguez, 49, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of first-degree offering a false instrument, a Class E felony; petit larceny; and a violation of Judiciary Law §486, which holds an attorney practicing law who has been disbarred, suspended or convicted of a felony can be punished with a misdemeanor.
