The disciplining of a state prison inmate for harassment for sending a note to a female guard warning her of the dangers of smoking has been upheld by the Appellate Division, Third Department.

In Young v. Keyser, 521030, the panel found the note from Aaron Young contained “messages of a personal nature to an employee” at the Sullivan Correctional Facility in violation of prison correspondence rules.
