Expanding its retail capacity on 57th Street, Nordstrom Inc. has signed a 23-year lease with SL Green Realty Corp. and The Moinian Group for 43,000 square feet at 3 Columbus Circle, formerly known as 1775 Broadway, in Manhattan.
Nordstrom, one of the leading fashion retailers in the country, signed a lease about three years ago with Extell Development for the opening of a full-line flagship store in 2018 at its proposed tower at 225 W. 57th St. The new lease with SL Green is a continuation of the retailer’s growth on 57th Street.
