(13/1585/A) — In this contested probate proceeding, an instrument dated November 20, 2012 (the “2012 Will”) has been offered for probate as the last will and testament of Helen L. Freytag a/k/a Louise Freytag (“Freytag” or “decedent”) by Amanda Miller (“Miller” or “petitioner”), decedent’s granddaughter and the executrix nominated therein.

Decedent was survived by one daughter, Diana Wunschel (“Wunschel” or “objectant”) and by Miller, the daughter of decedent’s predeceased son, Douglas A. Freytag. Decedent was also survived by granddaughter Nancy Bolton (“Bolton”), who is Wunschel’s daughter and who is not a party to this proceeding.
