Months after the feuding partners of Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik signed a settlement agreement and joined separate firms, a court-appointed referee has prohibited the partners from soliciting each other’s clients.
Mark Zauderer, a partner at Flemming Zulack Williamson Zauderer who is overseeing the dissolution of Napoli Bern, worked with Paul Napoli and Marc Bern to sort through and split up 24,000 client cases—a process that was settled through a coin toss.
