The New York Courts Historical Society will host an event Wednesday to highlight court cases involving renowned works of literature.

The event, called “Litigation and Literature in the New York Courts,” will include presentations by former Court of Appeals Judge Albert Rosenblatt, president of the historical society’s board of trustees, who will discuss Sherlock Holmes; and Loeb & Loeb partner Carol Kaplan, who will discuss George Bernard Shaw.
