A lawyer has denied accusations he was driving drunk and on drugs in a fatal September crash that killed a 21-year-old mechanic.
Nassau County prosecutors say Raj Jadeja, 35, drove his car into the back of George Ragotte’s car on the Long Island Expressway in Plainview. Authorities say Ragotte, of Lake Ronkonkoma, had slowed down to avoid an accident when he was hit. He died at a hospital.
