A Manhattan judge suppressed most of the 100,000 emails that District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. had seized in connection with a “pump-and-dump” securities fraud investigation.

Maranda Fritz, a partner at Thompson Hine who argued for suppression, said all but 150 of the emails were suppressed. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office declined to specify the exact number.
