ALBANY – After fighting more than two decades against assuming responsibility for a woman’s injuries in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will be forced to pay a judgment that has swelled to over $10 million, her lawyer said.
The state Court of Appeals dismissed a motion seeking leave to appeal a ruling by the Appellate Division, First Department, that reinstated the award to Linda Nash in Nash v. Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, No. 2015-1016.
