ESTATE OF CHARLES ROMANO, A/K/A CHARLES ROMANO, JR., Deceased. (15/965) — Preliminary Letters Testamentary were issued on October 7, 2015 to Anthony Romano in the estate of Charles Romano a/k/a Charles Romano Sr. After the issuance of letters, Petitioner submitted an affidavit to amend the probate petition to reflect that the decedent's name should read "Charles Romano, a/k/a Charles Romano Jr." Said amended petition was supported by additional documentation to substantiate the discrepancy in the decedent's name.

On February 9, 2016, petitioner’s attorney submitted an affirmation requesting that the preliminary letters issued on October 7, 2015 be amended to reflect said name change. That application is granted.
