Customers who accused Whole Foods of routinely overcharging for pre-packaged foods should have kept their receipts.

A federal judge Monday dismissed the case of Sean John and Joseph Bassolino, who alleged Whole Foods mislabeled the weights on the foods they bought, because the pair couldn’t show they were overcharged for any particular item.
