A panel of the Appellate Division, Third Department, will hold oral arguments on March 21 at Albany Law School.

It will be the 31st straight year that the Third Department has held a session at the law school. All five justices scheduled to hear arguments—Elizabeth Garry, John Egan Jr., Michael Lynch, Eugene Devine and Christine Clark—have J.D. degrees from Albany Law.
