The Nassau County District Attorney’s Office has accused a former criminal defense attorney of swindling clients out of more than $87,000.
Frank Adipietro, 51, was arraigned Thursday on charges of second-degree grand larceny and first-degree scheme to defraud. He pleaded not guilty and was conditionally released to probation.
