Southern District Judge Cathy Seibel, second from left, was recognized by the Fordham Law Alumni Association Friday during its annual luncheon at Cipriani 42nd Street. Seibel, a 1985 alumna of Fordham Law, received the medal of achievement, which is presented to alumni with distinguished careers in law or business.
Joining Seibel, from left, is Carrie Tendler, an attorney at Kobre & Kim; Fordham Law School Dean Matthew Diller; workers’ rights attorney Daniel Gross, who is executive director of Brandworkers; and Kristy Rogan Meringolo, chief litigation counsel at Avon Products. Tendler, Gross and Meringolo received the alumni association’s “Rising Stars” awards.
