A federal magistrate judge found a plaintiff in a race and gender employment discrimination case cannot boycott a deposition after she said opposing counsel made racially offensive comments off the record in an earlier deposition.
Western District Magistrate Judge Leslie Foschio directed that Dawn Scott-Iverson resume being deposed and denied her request that a special master be appointed to preside over future depositions.
