Acting Justice Barry Ostrager has been designated to sit in Manhattan’s Commercial Division, where many high-stakes corporate cases are litigated.
Justice Peter Moulton, the administrative judge for civil matters in New York County, announced Ostrager’s appointment to the court Thursday.
