Hartford-based Shipman & Goodwin have launched a New York City office that will be led by two veteran lawyers from LeClairRyan.
Joining the 180-lawyer firm as partners are former LeClair Ryan partner Michael Conway and senior counsel Stephen Siller, who was head of LeClairRyan’s transactions group.
