PICCIURNO, Deceased (14/729/B & C) — In this pending proceeding, petitions to fix attorney's fees pursuant to SCPA §2110 have been filed by Kuhn & O'Toole, LLP, as well as The Law Firm of Edward Delli Paoli. Thus, the issue before the Court is the fair and reasonable value of the services rendered by the petitioners herein, who at separate times, both represented Cheryl A. Haberkorn, the respondent herein.

The traditional criteria in judging the reasonableness of legal fees includes the time spent, the difficulties involved in the particular matter, the nature of the services, the amount involved, the professional standing of counsel, and the results obtained (Matter of Potts, 213 App Div 59, aff’d 241 NY 593; Matter of Freeman, 34 NY2d 1).
