Justice Shirley Werner Kornreich Wednesday dismissed sexual assault and discrimination counterclaims brought by the singer Kesha against her ex-manager known as Dr. Luke.

Kornreich said Kesha’s claims of “insults about her value as an artist, her looks, and her weight are insufficient to constitute extreme, outrageous conduct intolerable in civilized society.” She also said she did not have jurisdiction to hear the discrimination claims because the conduct did not occur in New York. Other claims were dismissed on statute of limitations grounds.
