Sylvia Ash, a Brooklyn Supreme Court justice sitting on the Commercial Division, has been named to the state Commission on Judicial Conduct.
She was appointed to the non-salaried, four-year post by Chief Judge Janet DiFiore, who gets to appoint three people to the 11-member commission, which investigates allegations of judicial misconduct and punishes offenders.
