Business interruption and negligence claims brought by a real estate law firm against an insurer and Consolidated Edison for losses stemming from Hurricane Sandy have been dismissed.

But Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Jeffrey Oing allowed Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel’s business interruption claims to continue against the insurer for losses tied to a computer virus that struck the firm.
