A lawyer for the Palestine Liberation Organization urged the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to throw out a $655 million judgment against the PLO for attacks in Jerusalem that killed 11 Americans and wounded several others.
Mitchell Berger insisted that a lower court was wrong to find jurisdiction in the Southern District for claims brought under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
