ESTATE OF PATRICK HENRY MERCERON, A/K/A PATRICK MERCERON, Deceased (13/4022/B) — In this compelled accounting proceeding, objections have been filed by the guardian ad litem appointed by the court. Decedent was survived by his son, who has not appeared herein, and his two daughters, Sabrina Merceron ("Sabrina") and Chloe Merceron ("Chloe"), who is an infant. Sabrina is the guardian of the property of Chloe, who is the sole residuary beneficiary under decedent's will. Decedent's last will and testament, dated May 22, 2009, was admitted to probate pursuant to decision and decree each dated February 6, 2014. Letters of administration c.t.a. issued to Sabrina on July 31, 2014 after the posting of a bond.

Jurisdiction has been obtained over all persons listed in the petition as necessary parties to this proceeding. A guardian ad litem was appointed to represent the interests of Chloe who, as noted above, is an infant. No one else has appeared in opposition to any of the relief requested.
