Craig Boise, a one-time New York attorney who has spent the last five years as dean of a law school in Cleveland, Ohio, has been named as the new dean of the Syracuse University School of Law.
Boise succeeds William Banks, a Syracuse Law professor who was named interim dean last year after the departure of Hannah Arterian, who left the position after 13 years to devote her time to other academic pursuits at the school.
