Daniel Shapiro, a founding partner of Schulte Roth & Zabel, died on Friday in London. He was 77.
Shapiro was an active partner in the firm’s investment management and tax groups up until his death. He was also a principal and served as general counsel for Park Vale Limited, a London-based investment firm.
