ALBANY – A food service worker who allegedly used Lego characters in videos he posted on Facebook to depict former coworkers in sexually or violently threatening ways was properly disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits, an appeals court ruled.

The Appellate Division, Third Department, upheld the state Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board’s denial of jobless benefits to Shawn Roy of Albany in Matter of Roy, 521321.
