An investiture ceremony for Eastern District Magistrate Judge Steven Tiscione was held Wednesday at the Eastern District Courthouse in Brooklyn.

Tiscione, who was appointed to the bench on March 21, was an assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District, joining the office in 2005 and becoming chief of its international narcotics and money laundering section in 2013. The Yale Law School graduate also was a litigation associate for Proskauer Rose and clerked for Eastern District Judge Edward Korman and Second Circuit Judge Reena Raggi.
