A woman is entitled to just over $11,000 in attorney’s fees and costs after settling her reverse discrimination suit against an Asian restaurant in Niagara Falls.

Though the $12,500 settlement between Alexandra Glenn and Fuji Grill was silent about fees and costs, Western District Judge William Skretny said it did not preclude her from seeking additional payment in Glenn v. Fuji Grill Niagara Falls, 1:14-cv-380.
