Bill Cosby’s attempt to get notes and outtakes from New York Magazine reporters who interviewed women alleging they were sexually assaulted by the comedian was rejected by a federal judge Tuesday.
Southern District Judge Paul Gardephe said the subpoena, served for material gathered by reporters who interviewed six women who are among those suing Cosby for defamation in Massachusetts, “borders on the frivolous.”
