Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Cynthia Kern told both parties in the state’s fraud suit against Trump University to return to court after a higher panel rules on an appeal.
The parties appeared at a hearing to discuss next steps, including discovery issues and whether the case should be decided by a judge or jury. Kern did not set a trial date.
