A man crossing a New York City street with the right-of-way shared no part of the blame for being struck by a shuttle bus, according to a Manhattan appeals court.

The Appellate Division, First Department, said Patrick Quintavalle could not be held comparatively negligent for failing to notice and avoid a vehicle that approached from behind and struck him in the crosswalk.
