Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, a firm that has spent the last 150 years in downtown Manhattan, will relocate its headquarters to the Hudson Yards development in 2018.
The 650-attorney firm announced Friday that it has executed a letter of intent for the space and expects to finalize the terms of a 12-year lease by the end of the summer.
